Investor Atlasby 2080 Ventures

Editorial approach

Useful comparisons.
Clear criteria.

How firms enter these guides

Guides use the Investor Atlas dataset collected in September 2026. A country label records a stated location or country-list membership. A sector or stage can come from an explicit profile field or a directory category. These are research signals, not verified current investment mandates.

How firms are displayed

Every matching firm is included, with the full count in the guide title. Profiles are ordered by availability of contact, founder, portfolio, and founding-year information, then alphabetically where completeness is equal. They are not ranked by returns, prestige, fund size, investment volume, or likelihood of funding a startup. The comparison table covers the complete selection.

What the counts mean

Counts describe this dataset. They are not national market statistics, capital deployed, or the number of VC-backed startups. Missing information remains unspecified. Historical financial fields are not used to rank firms.

Publisher features

2080 Ventures publishes Investor Atlas and appears in a separate, labeled publisher feature. It is not automatically inserted into unrelated country or sector shortlists.

Coverage and updates

The initial collection included 205 Failory pages and 42 public Signal lists; further Signal collection was rate-limited. Current investment activity, contacts, and mandates should be checked directly with firms. Guides are regenerated from the dataset when it is updated; an automated refresh schedule is not yet enabled.

Page eligibility

All country, sector, stage, and combination guides require at least eight matching firms. Identical firm selections are consolidated, and sector-stage pages must meaningfully narrow their parent selection. Thin or empty combinations are not created.
